I love the sky. The clouds are pretty. The atmosphere's great. The people, wonderful people here.

I'm staying. I am. I want to. So much and so gonna.

Just not now. Not yet. Soon, hopefully. All of us can dream, right? :D

One more on the wishlist.

Kota Kinabalu (KK) was really an experience. It's almost 7 hours from Brunei, travelling over 300km to get there, passing by Sarawak and basically at Sabah.

It was my first time and it was awesome getting to know their culture. Their ais kacang has macaronis in them!!! Sedap sekali hahahaha.

More updates later since the camera needs to be charged woo.

Last two days, on Tuesday, we went around for more sightseeing. My aunt brought us to see her school and my cousins' schools. It was kinda cool cos I've been wanting to know how schools in other countries are like too!

The school my aunt's teaching in.

Sakinah's school. :D

Then, we went to Jaya Hypermarket and I bought a top over there. Ate some dimsums before heading to a restaurant called Excellent Taste (actl I remember ET only haha). Soon after, we visited uncle Yusoff and family at his house. Food again but I skipped. Too full lah. XD

At night, sibs and I accompanied abg Syafiq when he wanted to meet his friends to transfer some pc games. After about an hour or so, we parted with his friends and had supper at a warong. We had roti john and drinks. Talked like there's no tomorrow (literally true cos it was our last night there) and got back home about 1+am. I loooved it!

The day I was leaving for Singapore.

Last shot on the way to Miri Airport.

Before take-off. Awesome, right? :D

& this is from - I wanted to say bird's eye view but birds don't fly this high. Or at least I think they don't so this is how it looks like from way up high in the sky at night. XD

Obviously, it's hard to let go but you gotta do what you gotta sometimes. Not gonna say much here but I really am touched by every single thing that has been done throughout my stay in Brunei. Special thanks to uncle Syafiee and family for everything; from the warm and welcomed hospitality to the treats to all the laughters and jokes to bringing us around to each and everything lah! I really appreciate it and never have been any happier. :D

I guess the tears I had during my journey in the aeroplane was bcos of the mixed feelings I felt. Disappointed bcos I wished we could've stayed longer, sad to leave my cousins and rest (seeing that we don't see each other that often), happy and glad to have been there and experienced lots of stuffs and having heart-to-heart talks with kak Lina and abg Syafiq. Also, I will never trade the fun I had over there for anything at all. Definitely will grab any opportunity that comes by and on a brighter note, I know it's not the end of world and I'll be coming back so I shall look forward to that for now. :)

I'm quite slow at updating the blog cos I think I'm lazy lah. But for memories' sake, I will. And for the friends haha.

Mum, sisters and me climbed up the hill behind my aunt's house yestd morning. Kinda steep and I was panting aft I reached the top. Shows how much fat I've grown. Hahaha damn it.

The scenery was niceee. You can see other houses in the neighbourhood from the top too. Cool, right? :D

I LOVE THIS PICTURE. Interesting leaf.

This is when deforestation occurs. *jeng jeng jeng*

In the afternoon, we went to The Mall and bought afew stuffs over there. Mainly textiles and I bought myself rings lol. For the shirts and all, today maybe. Wanna shop as manyyy! I wish we could've stayed longer actually. Days passes by extremely fast when you're having fun :(

Oh last night, we went to aunt Noraidah's house. Her house was really cool. With lots of rooms and stuffs. Hide and seek would be a hard game if were to be played in her house. XD After eating mee soto, we slacked around, talked alot and made friends with her children. :D Her four children are like, 19 to 16. Plus a younger bro who's in primary school, I guess. It's kinda funny how bro & I ever went swimming with them cos frankly, I can't rmb! Shall search for photos and hopefully, there's one which can refresh my memory hahaha.

They had cats toooooo! I'm not a fan of cats actually but theirs' were adorable and very pampered so I felt comfortable carrying/playing with them teeheeee. :D

The big one.

& the little one!

P/S: I wanna know who's reading my blog so you know what to do. Do tag!

BBQ with everyone last Sat was great. Twas party time! Haha it was good lah, to see the people here whom we haven't met for years. Mingled around, talked, watched Man U vs Liverpool, ate chicken/lamb/prawns/ice-cream/laksa penang, laughed, snapped photos, ate somemore and ate somemore. XD

Grilled it all at first and then the guys, when they came over. :D

There was dragonfly/butterfly hahaha.

Re-united! :)

As for Sunday, we went to aunt Marjiah's place. A good friend of my mum and aunt's. She got like, countless number of cars! Including a jeep. :O Let me remind you that people here are not only rich but it's the cars that are cheeeap. At least $50k lesser? Or sth like that!

Masjid Sultan Saifuddin, I think lol.

Cousins! :)

The reflection! Superb, isn't it? :D

Later that night, we went to eat with aunt Marjiah's sis, aunt Hadizah, at a restaurant called Selera Alam. It was a spread! I swear there were alooot of food and I especially liked the prawns haha.

Stomach was full to the brim cos a couple of hours before that, we went to eat at another restaurant too. I ate briyani. XD MAKIN GEMOK SIA LIKE THIS.

The foooooood.

Okay I'm back again. Hahahaha this time, with a few pictures. I feel so free lah, like I'm really at home sweet home loooooool. The relatives' gonna start coming in anytime soon now. And it feels so surreal, I can't believe I'm here. XD

This is tha houz! Simple-looking yet veryyy comfortable :)

From another angle.

Earlier this afternoon, went to Giant. The mum drove woo! Kinda fun actually, and it's similar like the ones back at home and in M'sia. Coincidentally, the well-known Chef Ismail was there so we stayed to watch him cook and listen. :D

The Chef.

Guys checking us out hahaha kidding! Look at the skyyy.

Sis and meh.

HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY I've reached Brunei safely! :D It was mad yesterday 'cos I felt so worn-out after the 45 mins to Senai, 2 hours flight to Miri and about another 3 hours on road to Brunei. All's good so far. How could it be not? One thing's for sure, I lalalalalooooove my Aunt's house! It's huge and if my dad would be here, maybe he'd consider migrating. It's not that he haven't before, it's just that he's worried for my grandparents.

We'll be having a BBQ tonight and visits to the other relatives' and friends' houses for the next few days. Won't forget to go shopping and snap lotsa photos too :D Many are asking me for souvenirs already. Hahahaha hopefully will get to post with pictures next time! Till then.

Tell me why you're so hard to forget.
Don't remind me, I'm not over it.

Memories, supposed to fade.
What's wrong with my heart?
Shake it off, let it go.
Didn't think it'd be this hard.
Should be strong, movin' on.
