I love going for talks. It may get really dull and bore the hell out of me but for some, it's really useful and worth going for. Hence, it depends.

My bro's school has camps every year for every level. I think most is at the start of the year kinda thing but there are others during the March/June holidays, etc. I wish our school had the same thing. It'll be good for us. The only time, perhaps, that'll make us reflect a lot upon everything that we've done.

So yesterday was the last day of his camp and there was a talk for parents as well as students. I accompanied my mum, not truly knowing what I'll be there for. The trainer had a good sense of humour and whatever he said wasn't lame or any of that sort, more to facts and reality so thumbs up for that. Moreover, he kinda knocked some sense into me. I was thankful I came.

Then the last part was the part that truly moved me. It was about appreciating people, appreciating your parents, and letting them know that you love them although you don't express it. Seri, if you're reading this, it was almost the same kind of talk that one of the Ustaz gave us during RYC. One by one, students volunteerily came up to say a few words, to express how sorry they feel when they scolded their parents, talked back, etc. They expressed their guilt and was being frank, telling their parents (who were present at the talk), about everything. Each and every problem they faced, etc. Everyone teared and that was what made the whole atmosphere a very saddening one. I can't help but to tear as well. I was truly, truly moved. It made me realise how lucky I was, how I had to make something happen instead of just waiting for it, how I want to do well for my studies after all that my parents/teachers have done for me. It was like a wake-up call.

Now, I'm down with a sore throat for no rhyme or reason. Which is sad, but cure-able duh. And I'm currently at RP with Fie, combining brains for the video. It'll turn out really well, I can see it. All of you shall wait and see :)

in hope you'll change

I'm really sad. Why can't you see that you play quite a huge role in our lives hence you've got to be someone whom we can highly respect and look up to?

It's all up to you how all of this'll work. With all the goods that you've taught us or showed us through your actions, we shall follow. But when I think about it - when I think about the bad - I feel really sad.

I wonder where the old you has gone. Maybe it's still there, but it's just the ego that's keeping you away - from showing your real self, deep inside that hard heart of yours.

I hope Arwah Yut, Nenek and Atuk and the rest who've passed on hears me. I really do.

Please change. For the sake of your children, your wife, your parents and yourself.

you're far from sight

I miss you here beside me.

I'm back alive. It was sad but life has to go on (and I admit mine currently suck because of homeworks -.-). Good things always come to an end. Then again I believe it's because there's more to come. I'm obviously thinking rationally and hiding this feeling with high optimism lol.

The trip got to be the funniest and most memorable one ever. I had tonnes of fun and I really didn't want to leave. The hype during BBQ night was undescribable. The shopping throughout our stay, the laughters and noise, the long rides, the atmosphere, the kind of bond. Everything. It made the relationship closer and stronger. It's been so long since I laughed that hard and I miss it already. Everything.

Now it's back to reality. Oh how I wish I was invisible.

I swear I could easily be the laziest person on earth. Haha no lah, just been busy with all the subjects actl. That explains for the lack of updates. And it's been fun so far. Thank God!

Last weekend was great coz I became a good girl and finished the homeworks by Saturday. Special thanks to Shad for helping out. :D if it weren't for her, I'd be stucked with a Math qs for the whole day. (emphasise the 'A')

So the next day was family gathering/open house over at Kak Nora's new house. Very lovely house! Caught up with cousins except for Kak NJ and then it was to Johore. Usual stuffs like shopping done over there and visited my granddad at the hosp. Get well soon, Tok! You're a strong man, I know you can go through it. It's just a test from God. :)

There's A. Math test tmr. Gonna study now. Chiowz!

Another happy day! Yesterday. :D

Basically, I met the people I missed dearly la. Primary school friends and just some randomy people me like! Heeheee.

It was Swensens with the whole family too last night. I had Almond Crust Lamb Chop(?) and Banana Crumble shared with the sis for dessert. Awesumz la. Delicious food sure awesome one. xD

(Izzah's Ice Creeeeeam.)

(The Cookies' & Cream drink.)

(My main dish,)

(And the dessert. :D YUMMMMM.)

(Akak ku. :D)

Then we tapau-ed a tub of ice-cream for my elder brother and it came with dry ice! Cool, rightttt? So we put water in it and this is what it turned to:

Huhu. Oh, and I saw Jin Xing again today. Didn't had the energy to call out his name when we actually past each other just like that LOL.

ROAR.

I believe that was the first time the National Stadium was full house? According to Matin lol.

Anyway, yeah it was my first time stepping into the National Stadium since the past NDPs were at the Padang and Marina Bay. Long story cut short, I was surprised by the number of people who went to watch Singapore vs. Vietnam two nights ago. The crowd was just undescribable and I couldn't imagine how it's like for other countries since losing resorts to violence.

Just the thought of it was scary. Well yeah Singapore had enough chances for them to score a goal but maybe lady luck's just wasn't on their side so Vietnam scored on their part. Both played equally well, I must say.

Then again, however scary the crowd was, the atmosphere was priceless. Some things are better left unsaid, though. :D

it's been a long ride.
20081220 @ 8:34 PM
Orchard on Thurs was quite a marathon. We walked from Far East to McKenzie Rex Restaurant at Princep St :D All was fine. Especially when you know your reward after the long walk is delicious food served on the table hehee. But on the way back we cheated ah, we trained back Orchard from Dhoby Ghaut lol.

Then we thought of going to Mustafa Centre after that and I was glad because it means going home past 12 but there was a change of plans so yeah, home we went.

But we still went the next day which was yesterday :D Before that I accompanied Mom to JB first, though. Gotta admit, the Johore checkpt is so different alr. F1 racing track also lose to it man, so many turns here and there. Hahaha.

So I heard from Mom yesterday that Mawi aka Anak Felda Taib Andak got married today. Prepared with helicopter and all -.- he's like Joe, 'cept that for him, Mawi, he left his fiancee after gained popularity. Mhmm I wonder how much I'd change if I become popular someday. I hope there won't be a drastic one!

Apart from all of that - today at the end of the day, after much hoohahs, after what I did to my hair, I'm a happy girl and is excited for tomorrow :D Goodnight.

Ellen DeGeneres show just ended on Channel 5 and here's to Joe Jonas; you suck.

I've never really liked The Jonas Brothers and then Taylor Swift was on Ellen's show and told how Joe broke up with her through the phone. The call lasted for 27 seconds too. Like, whaaaat? -.-

Taylor Swift's an adorable and talented 18-year-old. I see her like a unrock version of Avril Lavigne. Or like Colbie Caillat. And my sister sees her as someone like Hilary Duff. Baik ah.

I'm so gonna find this sweater :D

Orchard 'til midnight with tha relativez again. Let's find something comfortable to wear mhmm.

So here's the update for yesterday.

It was the elder sisters outing muahahah. We had lunch first at Lucky Plaza since Kakak was craving for Empal Penyet. (Why is it penyet not penyek? Hmm..) That place was special yknw, so special it made me cry literally. I couldn't bear to leave the place! :( as if. To you spicy lovers out there, try their food and I gurantee you, confirm plus chop you won't feel disappointed ah. Hahahaha. Anymore spicier then I suggest you eat chilli padis :D

Kakak had what she craved for plus Happy Soda. It was like a mixture of strawberry F&N (Yeah, me! Righttt. Haha.) and condensed milk. As for me, I had Ayam Penyet and Avocado Juice which I don't think was not a good combination lol.

We went around Taka next and we were oh-so-amazed by the littlest things at Gift Bazaar. :O everything looked just so precious and cute and just innovative.. Look at this Christmas bears!

And another Christmas tree as high as 4-5 storeys high :D

The sister. We so look like sisters with the almost similar top, right? Haha.

Met the rest of the family members at Suntec and we went to watch Bolt! That dog is cuteeee and actually all the others were too. I'm such a loser for cute stuffs mannn.

Then the family with the cousins from the paternal side went to eat at Simpang Bedok (or sth) and yeah, homed next. I think I ate a lot sia. I recommend those big-eaters to eat at Simpang Bedok too because they serve in large portions O.O

Two days ago, after Maghrib prayers, tha relativez and my family and I went Orchard and walked from Far East to I-have-no-idea-where and back again. Basically we made a one big round just walking and stuff. After that we headed to Changi Point for late dinner and yeah, that was about it. Take a peek at the peek!tures I took..

I don't know if it's just me or the lightings doesn't look eye-catching enough.. Yeah, towards the end it is and cute and all but I don't know lah, the feeling wasn't there man. Oh well. I had a great time sight-seeing anyways.

Yesterday, was the plan that Mariani and I thought would turn out awesome. Not just 'cos Haziq invited us but we thought it'd be a way for us to get away from home and let loose as well as making new friends. Then it wasn't like what we expected at all. Sure, we made new friends with a couple of Haziq's friends but what happened to the plan? A disaster. Disorganized and wasn't up to our standard at all sia. Wasted our time all the way to Pasir Ris onlyyy -.-

And for the record, the neoprint machine at White Sands became an ass to us too(!!!) The editing wasn't finish when it was alr in the process of printing zzz. Still, we had fun snapping away and laughing our asses off together :D

-

I'm looking forward to tomorrowww. Fetching Cik Omar from the Airport after a month he went to Mecca and after that's a date with my darling Primadoofus! I hope things work out well tomorrow. Till then, I wanna take this opportunity to correct the readers' minds out there that me and the other two monyets are just friends and that's it kay -.-

So I'm back. It wasn't Desaru Island really, just beach. I have no idea where that came from. Hahahahaha.

Anyway, it was only a day trip and it was like the kind of trip to Batu Pahat. I tell you, the waves over there crashed like whoa. Somewhat like in the Western countries but I think smaller la. I'm not gonna go into details so I'll let the pictures show you what's up.

The awesome waves:

Quite scary too, no? There were a few surfers too. But don't/can't/shall not expect pro ones ah. Well I also believe the waves in Singapore can't beat those over there :D

Playtime with their Atok Ali :D

It was great spending time with the family. Would be even better if the cousins were there, I suppose. Anyho, the plan was a success and I'm glad I were part of it woo.

-

I kinda felt miserable after the trip. I guess I got dehydrated a lil' with the scorching sun and it was sucky la. But I'm quite okay now and I've bought the school books alr. Damn, it's a lot -.- I'll work hard, though. With the thought of the money spent on the books and my tuition.. I can do it. Yeah. Insya'Allah.

-

We've reached the December already. Time pass by so fast!!! It's the end of the year and the cycle will starts again soon. Over and over, before you know it, I'm graduating. (HAHAHA so macam faham)
